Yes its very possible possible that valve damage may have occured when the belt failed.I would suggest that you reinstall a new belt and attempt to crank the engine.Theres a chance it that it did not bend any valves. If it does not crank then cylinder head will have to be removed for the repair.

I want to know where the timing marks is on the fiat palio weekend 1600 16v

You must have had shop manual to install cylinder head correctly. If not, you need one to get this right. Do it wrong and you will bend valves again, so invest in cheap shop manual.

Will it bend valves if cambelt snaps

it depends on the design of the engine. Some are designed so that the valves are unable to contact the pistons in the case of a cam belt snapping, others are not.

Cambelt broke in je v6. is motor stuffed

Probably not. The valves will be bent requiring a head job and a visual inspection will reveal any damage to the piston tops. This would be unusual as the valve stems bend very easily.

Does it bend anything when 1.8 tddi ford focus cambelt breaks

Valve stems normally. In extreme cases can damage pistons and con rods as the piston comes up and hits the valve which is jammed open in the cylinder

Cambelt sliped or broken. does the valves bend.

what is the liter size of your engine? the 1.8L is an interference engine. generally all Audi engines are interference engines, and timing belt breakage can bend valves, the sure way to determine without detailed maintenance information, install a new belt, once the belt is on immediately run a compression test, if timing marks are good and compression fails, valves are bent.
