One wiper not working.

I have a 2001 Chrysler Town and Country. The passenger side wiper is not working. When I turn on the wipers the driver side wiper works, but the other wiper won't move. Please tell me I can repair this as I don't want to pay the dealership to fix it.

Thank you!

If you can move the arm while the wipers are parked, either the linkage popped off or the arm came off the splines. take the cover off where the nut is and see if the arm moves on the shaft, this usually happens when you turn the wipers on and they are frozen, and crank the nut down. I usually put some thread lock on them first.

I have a 2001 town and country and the wipers will not turn off with the car turned off and i cant change the speed of them either

The wiper module is built into the the wiper motor. First unplug it(on the drivers side, just under the wiper cowling) Look for corrosion. Clean it with battery cleaner, the plug and motor connector. If it still acts up. replace the wiper motor.

My 99 chrysler town and country is leaking water from the drivers side under carriage seams. I cannot find where it is coming from. Any help would be great. Thanks.

There is a tube on either side, and they have a tendancy to get clogged with debris. I would attempt to clean them out. You may also want to remove the wipers, and tale off the top of the wiper module. Leaves, and other debris tends to collect under there, and that's what clogs the drain tubes. Good luck, and let me know how it works out. Thanks.

Driver side wiper blade on 1994 chrysler town and country stopped working. Passenger side is ok. What could be wrong?

The wiper arms are 'pressed' onto the wiper motor spindles, often at times when only one of them stops operating, it is because the splines on the wiper that is no longer operating has become stripped out. and may need to either be replaced or tightened. I would recommend tightening it first, then replacing it if that does not correct it.
You can access the hold down bolt (if it is not exposed) by taking a small screw driver and prying up the bolt cap. The bolt is usually a 13mm, and is more easily tightened by a ratchet and socket of the same size.

Windshield wipers flop all around, go right off the glass not in unison. 2001 Chrysler Town and Country.

You may have bushings bad, but I dont know if you can buy those seperate, or the whole wiper transmission.

Front windshield wipers are crashing into each other

Yes you can adjust them yourself. First you need to check that the wiper arms are not bent. If not, remove the cap at the wiper arm base, under it u will find a nut, remove this nut. you should now be able to remove the wiper arm. (it is comon for caravan wiper arms to be corroded on. If the arm dosen't come off, you may need to heat up the wiper arm with a propane torch. be careful not to melt the plastic cowel under the arm. OR you can use a wiper puller or a battery puller. do not force it, you can break the arm, DO NOT PRY AGAINST THE COWEL OR WINDSHIELD.
Once both arms are off, turn your van on and turn the wipers on. watch the wiper posts, turn the wipers off and watch the wiper posts return and stop in the "parked" position. Turn the van off. Install the passanger wiper arm first, it is positioned closest to the bottom an inch or two above the black cowel. It should be parrallel to the cowel. next install the drivers side wiper arm. it is positioned about 4 inches above the passanger wiper. again running parrallel to the cowel and passanger wiper. tighten the lock nuts down (do not over tighten) wet down your windshield with glass cleaner or windshield washer fluid and test wipers. If they still hit you can lower the passanger one a little or raise the drivers one a little (careful you don't raise the drivers one too much or it will 'jump' off the windshield at the top of the wipe).
good luck, hope this helps.
