Check all the spark plugs, plug wires, the rotor, if it is getting fuel or not to the spark plugs, or if it is flooded then try pressing the gas pedal all the way to the floor when trying to start it, this will cut off the fuel supply and you will only fire off what is already in the engine, then let off the pedal when it is running, or if you were pressing this to the floor all the way when trying to start it the first time, then leave the pedal alone to get fuel in the engine so it will have something to fire off of.

1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo AC blower wont work on high

I'd check the relay and the resistor ...don't have a location for yours but the resistor is always installed into the heater box so it stays cool. you can usually follow the wiring back to the relay as it's generally nearby. Resistor looks like a piece of circuit board material with several wires connected to it with two screws holding it to the heater box so it sits flush except for the wires. It has several coils inside...any that are broken have failed.
