1999 Ford f350 diesel truck 30 amp fuse keeps blowing. Truck will not start.I believe it has something to do with the fuel heater coil or glow plug, but i don't know where they are or how to diagnose them.
It is the fuel heater, All you have to do is unplug it.

1999 ford f 350 super duty 7.3 diesel will attempt to start, as it cranks over it blows a 15 amp fuse and stops cranking. owners manual indicates that it the starter motor relay coil,PCM (gasoline only). mine is diesel.
I had a 2000 f350 diesel i did exactly that. Unplug fuel heater. Did it myself and saved $1000 bucks
