Check the fuses. The constant power supply to the clock is gone. The clock and radio use a constant power supply in order to keep time and remember radio presets, when the ignition is turned on it takes over so if the memory fuse is blown this is exactly what happens.I hope this helps, take care. clock is always powered, with key on or off. If it went off when you turned key off, you'd have to re- set your clock every time you turned key on. your clock, brake lights, and headlights are all powered separate from the ignition switch.
2-4-6 could be a fuel or ignition issue, hopefully not a valve. If you have the engine tested at the dealership they will attach a code reader under dash to analize and this should help pinpoint the problem.
Assuming your is like my 2001 RX300 you will have a reset adjustment in the center info panel. You should actually have a clock and alarm setting using the two right hand buttons on the lower sill of the info screen. look for the clock icon in the info screen...
I had similar problem in 2001 rx300. Every morning the clock

fuses? Does the climate control light up? If not then in the under hood fuse box (left of drivers side) check the ECU-B fuse should be 7.5 amp. Check the heater

This sounds like a bad Earthing point off the ignition, fuse boards or battery, check ALL connections to the battery and earthing connections througout the vehicle, a long process, OR, you can take it to a vehicle electrician and pay them, the easiest solution is the latter.
