Possible link arm from exterior handle to inner door lock mechanism or the actuator has packed up on the door lock so its stuck locked can you open the door from inside the car??

It appears you have a situation with electric door locks.When the locks are open,so will the doors.I'd check fuses first,if good,then the electric door locls need repositioned or replaced.
dear friend-this is a tricky one but it works,roll the window down.remove the outside strip.push the widow aside and look inside for the door lock,take a piece of wire and make a hook on one,use the hook to unlock vehicle.
Sounds like the plastic clip that connects the lock has broken however regardless of fault the inner door panel has to be removed to diagnose and repair.It could also be inner door lock assembly.
for that it is a bastard, you need to find out witch part is broken, it is a small plastic hook ( not very German like) or maybe it has just popped out of place. ever way it is gonna be a long and painful job. good luck
