Unfortunately, the answer I have is not a happy one =(. My wife has a 2005. In order to replace the bulb you will have to pull the Crutons (plastic push pins) that hold the front bumber cover on, remove the Headlight housing & replace the bulb that way. Shame on Chrysler for making it so difficult, in my opinion. But I hope this helps you to change the bulb =)
NO YOU HAVE TO REPLACE HIGH BEAM LIGHT BULBS WITH HIGH BEAM LIGHT BULBS BECAUSE HIGH BEAM LIGHT BULBS AND LOW BEAM LIGHT BULBS TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF BULBS.WEAR CLEAN LATEX GLOVES HANDLING THE HEADLIGHT BULBS WHICH IS HALOGEN LIGHT BULBS, OIL FROM FINGERS OR HAND WILL CAUSE HALOGEN BULBS TO OVER HEAT BLOW OUT.
take out the bulb and there u filments one for high beam light witch is the biggest one and the low beam is the one whit the smallest filment and if it dont go on when ur turn ur head lightsits blown and ull need to replace it
