There should no be if tires were properly instlled and balanced most tires come with a warranty check with where you had tires oinstalled and ask them also what is the total milage on vehicle this plus your type or others driving may effect your alignment re hitting curbs....etc
You shouldn't have to change alignment after only a year and 20,000 miles. It must be under warranty - take it back for fix!
