The way it is removed is to take your tire iron extension bars that should have come with your vehicle and assemble them. then you should see a hole near your license plate tag or somewhere on your bumper to stick the rod in ( sometimes the hole has a lock that your ignition key should unlock) then you turn the crank handle and lower down your tire.

Lift up that flap and you will see a nut this is the same size as lug nuts on your wheels. Now look to your right and you will see a compartment (it has to lock clips at top) pull open clips and remove panel inside you will find lug wrench jack and jack handle. remove wrench and go back to that flap and using your lug wrench loosen the nut. At this time your spare tire will be suspended by a cable and will be heading towards the ground look under back of van and there is your spare.

you could try a 70 series instead of 60, usually a cheaper choice, though replace all 4 at the same time or the size difference may cause an ABS concern

I personally avoid the Tire Sweat shops, I have found many low end , new tires that served me very well
I have also found a regular relationshop with a good tire shop can lead to good deals on tires outside the going special as well as superior service. But I do drive a-lot too

If the light does not come on until you are driving then the ABS module is probably seeing a difference in wheel speed from side to side. It could be caused by different size tires,are all your tires the same size and brand? It could be caused by one tire having low tire pressure. It could also be one of the sensor rings esp. on the front has maybe cracked and slipped out of place causing the air gap between the sensor and the ring to be larger than it is suppose to be.The gap between sensor and ring is usually 0.045 of an inch sometimes the ring which is pressed onto the outer CV joint will crack and the ring will slid up the joint slightly away from the sensor.This will decrease the amplitude of the sensor signal and ABS interputs this as a wheel trying to slip or lock up and activates the ABS.When ABS activates it will make a loud pulsing type sound and it will almost feel like it is not going to stop.
