Front power outlet not working - 2007 Chrysler Aspen 4x2

If all the fuses are good the outlet which does not work may have shorted and blew the fuse. Check outlet to see if it has power to it.

1ST, GET A SHOP MANUAL FROM HEL. 2ND CHECK THE GROUND WIRES. CHECK 2 C IF ANY WIRES ARE EXPOSED.

Check the connections to the outlet first. The 2 outlets have the same fuse. So, if one works then so should the other.

The power outlets get their power from the power outlet relay. The power outlet relay gets its power from fuse #21 in the Power Distribution Center (PDC) in the engine compartment. It is a 20 Amp fuse. If the other power outlet works, it is not caused by the relay or the fuse. You most likely would have a broken wire or defective power outlet in this case.

You should be able to find that information in your owners manual. If not your car should still be under factory warranty.

I assume you are talking about the cigarette lighters?

These are both normally on the same circuit. It sounds like you have a loose wire on the front lighter. You would have to remove the assembly to check it.

 Fuse #14 is for REAR auxillary power  outlet (in cargo area).  This is located in the INSIDE fuse box to the left of and under the glovebox (to the left of the front passenger's feet).
Fuse #32 is for FRONT Power Outlets/cigarette lighter//Lights, OnStar®  Fuse 32 is under the hood in the ENGINE AREA fuse box located in the compartment  just above the battery.DOUBLE CHECK YOUR MANUAL to make sure that your fuses are the same.  I have a 2003 Rendezvous. Your newer model may be different.  The diagrams for each fuse box can be found inside the lids of the compartments.
