It should be mounted right on the throttle body. The only other sensor there is the thottle position sensor and that is right behind where the throttle cable connects.

It's IAC - idle air control valve , not fuel injector idle air control valve. It's located on the throttle body -air inlet for the engine . Idle Air Control Valve
The vacuum diagram is under the hood on a sticker called the emission sticker. The idle speed control valve is mounted on the Air intake near the throttle control valve. You did not say engine type so that is about all I can offer.
There is no one fuse that powers the idle speed control valve (AKA Air Bypass Valve). It receives its power from the electronic engine control system (known as reference) and that is controlled by the computer depending on the idle load on the engine the voltage varies. So if the system reference voltage was lost then no part of the engine control system would function.
Mark, IAC (Idle Air Control Valve), If engine is idling too fast, problem may not be the idle speed control system, but an engine vacuum leak. Check for vacuum leaks first to rule this possibility out. Also on your Toyota low coolant, air in the cooling system can cause the valve not to operate properly as I believe coolant has to run through valve for it to operate correctly. Fill/bleed air from cooling system. Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck

I believe it has another name Idle Air Control. Most of the time it builds up carbon on the plunger of the IAC or fuel control valve. If the valve is having idle problems then tat's the problem. The valve is located on the side of the throttle body good luck Mike L. l
The idle air control valve (IAC) is located on the throttle body.this valve allows for sir to bypass the throttle plate when closed in order get air in to the engine
You need to remove iac valve from the throttle body. The iac valve located on throttle body.Be careful while removing iac valve, its spring loaded, so you dont loose any spring. As the spring may jump out.You will need throttle clearer or you can use electric cleaner or brake cleaner liquid. Its easily available at local auto parts store.
