Hyundai sonata 2000, windscreen wipers stopped working today, rev counter stopped working about a month ago, not relay, dont even know where motor is for windscreen wipers

Motor for wipers is usually in the centre of windshield mounted on outer firewall in the engine compartment just below the windshield...If your are talking about your Tachometer it could be a cable that hooks into engine..... ask your local Hyundai dealer re this

It won't be a "Short" if the fuses don't blow.
You state the Wipers don't work, then further down you say they do, makes it hard to give advise if you're not accurate.
Without seeing the vehicle, I'd be leaning towards a loose Earth connection somewhere.

My wipers stopped and the fuse blows as try to change it for a new one
Troubleshoot the wipers. First disconnect wipers from under the hood. Replace the fuse. If the fuse still burns out then the problem is with the harness. There is a short in one of the wires and will need to be replaced.
If you replace fuse and it does not burn, then the problem is with the wiper motor. You can possibly just replace the circuit board or replace the whole wiper motor.

there is a 15 amp fuse for the rear wiper under the bonnet check this, also i think the accent has a seperste switch in the dashboard for the rear wiper like th hyundai coupe.
