The wiper needs to be tighten some more, there is a nut that holds the wiper to the motor tight that nut.

The whipers on my 93 jeep wrangler wont work

when they do not work turn the key to the run position, the vehicle does not need to be running, and the wipers set to high speed whack the wiper motor with the handle end of a large screwdriver. if the motor starts to work replace it.

Windshield wipers stop working. I can hear the motor running but blades wont turn. Where is the motor and components located and is this a motor problem ?

It sound like something is jammed, or slippeed out of place. Remove the section the is between your hood and windshield (where the wipers stick out) and have a look at what is going on.

2008 wrangler 4 door. windshield wipers are stuck

2008 should be under warranty, take it back to dealer.

With all of the electronics on vehicles today, seems like these sort of system failures are becoming commonplace.

1998 Jeep Wrangler Electrical Short in Steering Column?

I had a similar problem with my 2000 Jeep TJ and I found the problem in the wiring harness under the hood.several wires were corroded and almost burnt off.If you remove the black tape which keeps the harness bundled together and if you see evidence of "green" type powder or "gook" it's most likely where the wires have faulted.
