I cannot locate the fuse for the radio/stereo in my 2002 Toyota Corolla. The radio stopped working. Everything else works.

I found the fusebox under the dash, but none of the fuses is labeled radio, or stereo or anything that makes me think that it is the one I need.

Once you locate your fuse box (usually under the dash someplace), take the lid off & look at either the underside or the topside. Each fuse should be labeled.

Blown fuse

If the fuse is popped then the radio is shorted and installing another fuse just means it will pop again. You must locate the short circuit.

2001 toyota corolla radio fuse location

The fuse you need to replace for your radio to work again is Fuse 15a, located on the left side of the steering wheel. There you will see a storage door, with a 15 a fuse marked cig. Replace it, and your clock and radio will be functional again.

My 1990 toyota corolla tail lights and dash lights stopped working after i hooked up a stereo and sub and amp system...i checked the fuse and its good..i cant find any wiring problems..help? anybody?

which fuse did you check. verify the wiring to the radio than comes from the light switch to the radio. if all this worked before , then it has to be work that you have done. the only link from the light switch to the radio is for inst panel dimming. first disconnect that wire and ck fuse for tail lights. make sure there is power on both sides of the fuse, use a test light.

Also, for radio, cigarette, and others: behind the "storage only" box left of steering wheel. Pull that door open, up and out.
