Depending on how fast, this happens, could be an air lock in cooling syste, or a bad head gasket, or head. does the gauge ever go too high? can you hear gurgling in the rad, and does it ever push out coolant?

Testimonial: " water flows normal no leaks is there an electrionic unit that controls the guage?"

95 jeep wrangler. 4 cyl engine. Oil gauge normal with engine idle but reads high if accelerate goes all the way up

Do you have under drive pulleys? If so, you can expect that to happen. It does not mean that something is wrong. You may have a high volume oil pump too. I have under drive pulleys on my Camaro and the oil pressure and voltage readings go up. I have never had a problem with that. I would worry when the oil pressure gauge does not move at all $$$$$$.

95 jeep wrangler: gauge indicates 0 oil pressure

Wire on oil sending unit may have fallen off or sensor itself may have gone bad. Check both. If engine has no tapping noises, likely it's not a pressure problem.

2002 jeep wrangler oil pressure gauge drops

When the gauge is at 0, is there any noise from the engine (tick, knock etc?) I would have someone put a mechanical gauge on there and read true pressure.Your driving pressure seems OK but if the low number is "real" something is wrong!

93 jeep wrangler 6 cyl. my temp gauge never shows full temp. only goes to about 130 degrees. I have a 195 oem thermostat but still gauge does not climb above 130,...bad gauge, wiring???

Assuming the t-stat is good, I'd look at the wiring next. Make sure the connector is clipped onto the water temp sensor/back of the gauge and that the wiring is not chaffed, etc. If that all looks good, replace the coolant temp sensor...they're $20 or so. If it still does it, the gauge is bad.

1993 Jeep Wrangler heater/temperture gauge

if you are not showing a temp. reading ,you may need to replace the thermostat. as far as the draft goes your vent is probably stuck open. i also have a '93 with the same issue. i could not adjust the cable enough to close the vent so i removed the grill on the cowl in front of the windshield, the vent door is down and toward the left side (drivers side).if you can not push it closed to stay,i used a large piece of foam placed inside a plastic bag to block it. it has worked fine for almost 5 years.
