motor idle is controlled by the idle control sensor ( IAC) and can be cleaned
..if solenoid part is faulty ..non adjustable trow away part
replace unit
Tip:Jack car off all four wheels Disconect all accessary belts to isolate problem, Dont forget to start it,HA HA.now reproduce condition speed & use garden hose as a listening device to isolate problem.& let me know good luck & keep posted
could realy be any thing , im assuming it probley goes away in 5 minutes. remeber your car is a 1993. lots of old parts metal and plastic if its running okay and its not realy a problem its just an old car i would sugest checking the entire exaust system especialy the hangers
its the bearing in the differential i'm affraid you can temperarily quieten the noise by spraying loads of lube into it but a new bearing (if not a seald diff) is a most definate
