If you're referring to the flasher module (granted, it does look like a relay module), it's just above the pivot point on the brake pedal itself, I believe it is black and there are 5 wires going to it (pink, orange, brown, purple, and black).
the relay unit is under the dash near the steering wheel should be connected to the searing shaft it looks like a small square green or black the relay is about 35$
It is in the fuse panel. Open your front car door and you will see a panel on the outside edge of your dashboard (hidden when the door is closed). That is where the fuses are and it is the big square fuse in the center.
