Hey , I just read about how to do it and there is more to it than just bleeding them with ABS ,please take a few minuits and go to auto zone library and look it up I did theres a lot to it .and im sure it will solve your problem.
I think main(fuel pump) relay on all Honda's located under the dash , driver side , if you look from under the dash it's close to the fender but deep , very hard to reach , small hands will do.
If the ABS light is on, you have either a failing ABS (wheelspeed) sensor, or a bad ABS control module. You'll need a diagnostic scan to find out which it is. As for the owner's manual, there are a number of online owner's forums that will probably have the manual or at least the same information posted, or you can search eBay for one - they're common finds there.
had a honda a couple of years ago and had the same problem, cant remember where we found the code, i think in the owners manual.
you will probably have to call you local dealer and they can walk you thru it.
sorry thats all the info i can give you at this time.
good luck
