Most often a relay will act like a buzzer if it is not properly grounded. The ground signal generally comes from the computer. The auto shutdown realy feeds the fuel pump relay and therefore is shutdown relay isn't getting the proper signal it will in turn send same improper signal to pump relay. I am sending you a decent diagram of this and suggest you first make sure all body grounds are clean and secure.

Where is the fuel pump cut off switch located on a 1995 jeep grand cherokee laredo

there is no fuel pump cut off switch . put a fuel pressure gauge on the fuel rail schrader valve turn key on you should have 40+ pounds of pressure if you dont the pump is not working open the relay center under the hood swap the fuel pump relay with the wiper relay and try again if no pressure its not the relay its the fuel pump if you do have fuel pressure that means the relay was bad get a new one the car should start if you do have pressure and the car wont start the injector circuit is dead and what causes this is the crank sensor located on top of transmission bellhousing on driver side auto parts store 38.00 dealer 170.00 when you change it make sure to push it in and hold it while you tighten the bolt hope this helps and please dont forget to rate my solution

1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee will start then immediately die. I've replaced the Crankshaft sensor, ignition coil, fuel filter, battery, new plugs and wires, new cap and rotor, tried swapping the fuel pump...

Try the M A P sensor. I had a jeep that did the same thing. It would start up and run for maybe the count of two and shut off. It was the map sensor. If I remember correctly it measures humidity and barometric pressure and stuff like that to tell the computer how to mix the air and fuel ratio.

1993 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LAREDO- TRUCK WONT

OK...I have a 93 outside...one diagram I have shows an ignition module next to coil...but there is none on mine, (4.0 engine)
Two items to check are crank sensor and cam sensor inside distributor. Test procedure can be found in just about any manual including haynes.
You will need a decent volt/ohm meter to do testing. You can also check codes by turning ignition switch on/off three times, leaving it on the third time. Check engine will flash code #'s (ex: one flash, pause two flashes= the number twelve.then followed by a longer pause then another set of flashes etc.)

Sounds like a bad ground.Check for broken connections or corroded terminals especially around the battery as acid tends to seep from them and corrode the connections.
