Here's a few things to check:
If you can jack up the right front wheel enough to spin it, you'll be able to tell better and be right there to listen.
Check the brake pads and the rotor. If they are getting worn, and if the rotor's showing signs of wear, they can create noise as well.
Take the wheel off and inspect the brakes and rotor visually.
Hope this helps you isolate and pinpoint the source.

My Dodge Grand Caravan is making a humming noise as you accelerate, while turning left it stops but gets worse while turning right. I replaced the left front wheel hub and no improvement, I need help
if hub bearing replacement did not fix the noise

when noises are on left and right turns
that has CV joints /drive shafts
would say they are the issue
replace both sides

and replace the left hand hub bearing at the same time

If it gets worse as you're turning right, but not left - Most definitely a wheel bearing on the right side. The right turn puts more stress on the right wheel - louder noise - turn left and release the stress - no noise. You can also lift the vehicle up on a jack and listen to the wheel and hear the bearing in the hub making noise.

You probably have a bad hub bearing.If you can change the noise by slightly turning the vehicle one way or the other it is a hub bearing.If you turn left and the noise is still there then it is the right front bearing.If you turn right and the noise is still there it is the left side.If it makes the noise both ways it could be both front hubs.Hope this helps.Good luck.

I've never heard a hub make a rattle noise. A bad hub bearing will usually make a roaring or whining noise at speed and/or it will have play in it. When is the rattle noise made, over bumps, at a slow speed, at high speeds?

Probably a wheel bearing. The cold makes the grease thicker and less lubricant. This particular make may have a hub assembly instead of separate bearings.

FRONT END
Drive the car in a parking lot and make left and right hand turns.
If the noise goes away on either turn then the problem is a front hub bearing.
If the noise is still there, it could be possible front differential bearings.
