Howdy: Wheel bearing do go out at high miles but if yours keeps howling after recent miles it most be the hub is at a tilt. Has the car hit something in the past on the left side? The car needs to have a front end measurement at a suspension shop. Could be a problem that can be serious. Wheel bearing are tough and case hard. Please have the front end checked out. Sorry, no magic fix - Doug

I raised my front wheels with a floor jack the left wheel spins normally but the right wheel barely spins.

This is normal spinning of tires. Stalling, first check codes, then a tuneup maybe in order. Include the air and fuel filters.

well sounds like its still full of air youll have to gravity bleed it. if you can leave your car on a steep hill overnight with the rear end up then bleed it the do the same make your front end sit high up overnight then bleed it. air bubbles always try to make their way to the highest point

try driving at 40 and turn left then right back and fourth if its a wheel bearing it should get louder as you turn your steering wheel back & fourth if not it may be a tire you may want to rotate front to rear
