The cross dock on the left side of the door on my 2003 Thunderbird broke. How do I replace it?

SECTION 501-14: Handles, Locks, Latches and Entry Systems 2002 Thunderbird Workshop Manual REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION Front Door Latch Removal and Installation

1. Position the window to the full up position.

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Section 414-01 .

1. Remove the door trim panel. For additional information, refer to Section 501-05 .

1. Remove the water shield.

1. Disconnect the exterior door handle actuating rod.
   1. Release the clip.
   1. Disconnect the latch rod.

1. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

1. If equipped, disconnect the door lock cylinder actuating rod.

1. Remove the door latch screws.

1. Remove the door latch.
   • Disconnect the actuating cable from the latch.

There is no part that i am aware of that is called a "CROSS DOCK" so to help you with this problem we need to know the correct name of the part, contact Ford parts and ID the part with the correct name
