While your ball joints or a arm bushings might be and probably are bad if you haven't changed them ever, this problem symptom is from a bad wheel bearing. It's getting worse by the minute. It probably started getting bad with the bent wheel putting excessive strain on the bearing. Since it wobbles now it's probably done damage to bushings and ball joints. When a bearing starts to go bad, sometimes changing the other parts mentioned will tighten up the bobble temporarily and you might think it's fixed. But the original problem will just get worse and then you will just have to fix everything again. In short, replace the wheel bearing and the ball joints and if you can swing it the control arm as well. In fact do both sides at the same time since based on the age of the car and the fact you moved the damaged wheel to the other side, it will need to be redone now any way. And replace the bent wheel or it will just tear up the repair work you just did.
LoL i had same problem. changed tires, rims and still did it. finally after about 6 months i happened to jack up the car and checked the lower ball joints and both were bad, right and left. went to local napa store and bought both ball joints $100ea, and went to advance auto parts and rented for free (with security deposit that you get back when you return the tool) the ball joint removal tool. that fixed the problem.
Sounds like ya a-arm or bearings goin out
