I scann my car 2005 corollathe code came p0441and p0445 what does it mean engine light blinking

Code 445 is for a problem with the EVAP purge control valve or solenoid. The valve allows fuel vapors to go from the gas tank to the vapor canister.

most of the time when your check engine light blinks it means your having a converter melt down. you need to find out the cause of it. most of the time its something to do with your emission system. a simple computer diag from a local parts store might tell you what sensor is not working right. or you can go to your mech and it will only take a min to check out the codes.

Po300 is a misfire probably all three caused by a faultymap sensor

The best way to check is use a scanner OBD2 CODE, this will Diagnose your car then will tell what really means why your having the check engine light blinking... This will save you time and money. you can also go to autozone to let them scan for you, and the best part it's FREE of charge, or you can buy it for the lower of $50 or more...

egr is at the rear of the engine. The light isnt going to go out until the problem is fixed. I would check the egr solenoid first. A scanne,r wiring diagram, and tools are needed to dignose this properly.

Check engine light means the engine's computer has detected something that is abnormal. Could be a bad sensor, spark plug, vacuum leak, O2 sensor and on and on. Take it by a local autoparts store and ask them to read the code from the computer on your vehicle with a scanne. This is typically a free service. This code will give you some idea of the problem.

Some simple things to check are is the gas cap tight, does the engine have sufficent oil and antifreeze?
