2001 honda accord with oil in the radiator... I

2001 honda accord with oil in the radiator... I just replaced a leaking radiator, and a week later it is overflowing with oil... (It never ran hot) transmission oil seems fine, but engine oil appears to be low. HELP - removed radiator, and put a vaccum on the oil cooler portion (30" HG - holds for 24-hours (+), so it must be engine oil... right? what to check next... head gasket? would a compression check tell me what i need to know? thanks a million for any assistance... Dave

A compression test would be the next best thing because if you are sure that it is engine oil in your antifreeze then it could be a head gasket, but it you don't get a bad reading from the compression test then it might be a intake gasket

2000 Honda accord, just had timing belt done, two weeks later, there's what looks like antifreeze and oil leaking badly, and smoke. Never had a leak in 19 years. Is it the timing belt job, or what?

Hard to say, Could be a leaking water pump seal or expansion plug . hook up a radiator tester and pump to the pressure on the radiator cap and check the location of the leak.19 years

My 92 Honda Accord keeps overheating, losing fluid but I cannot find a leak. Any suggestions?

check the oil and see if it looks like a mocha, creamy looking... Is the vehicle smoking? Is the radiator hoses holding way to much pressure? Try to fill the radiator with water and leave the cap off..... look for bubbles, if it warms up and bubbles are present or smoking when hot with radiator cap on and hot or creamy oil..... Head gasket....

Check your oil if it is over full the water from the radiator is going into your crank case also the oil will look like a chocolate color. Yes check your radiator as well for leaks or cracks in it. Did you check the cylinder head to make sure it wasnt warped sometimes when they over heat they will warp and you will have to have the surface sanded down till its true again or level.if it is warped then its not seating down on the block all the way to make that good seal thus creating the leak into the crank case.

your need a valve cover gasket set. It comes with 4 rubber seals for the spark plug tower so oil does not leak on the plugs. Common problem, Simple to fix. Takes about an hour
