this is a non-interference motor. Most likely it will not be damaged, replace belt and test by rotating the motor w/breaker bar!! Or you may do a compression test.
pull your spark pluggs squirt some wd 40 in each hole to be shure it is not froze alot can happen in 3 years. make shure to dissconect coil wire before attemting to start.
big job. do yourself a favor and get a repair manual. trying to explain it here would be difficult. there are many steps and you will probably need to get the head shaved.
