The manual indicates Fuse 11 (10A) interior fuse box, INSTRUMENT PANEL LIGHTS.
Also, the is a dimmer for them:
The dial on the dashboard to the left of the instrument panel controls the brightness of the instrument panel lights. Turn the dial to adjust the brightness.
To reduce glare at night, the fuel and temperature gauges dim when you turn on the parking lights or headlights. You then adjust their brightness when you adjust the instrument panel brightness. Turn the dial up as far as it will go to return the fuel and temperature gauges to their daytime brightness.
You can try the following URL for a copy of your manual (which includes fuse box diagrams). You won't be able to save the whole thing (except by sections), but you can print copies of whatever sections are important to you. You'll need Adobe reader (free from Adobe) to read the manual.

Hope this helps you.

Usually that would be true but I bought this '95 Honda Prelude last week and the inside fuse box cover was missing. The gas gauge and whatever other gauges that are supposed to be illuminated are not working. (The Tach, Speedo and clock DO work) I was wondering if it is a blown fuse but do not have a fuse box diagram to figure out what fuse goes to what.
Don't your fuse boxes have diagrams on (underhood box) or inside (interior box) them?
