Took my car an 08 Hyundai Sonata for an oil change to the dealer and they told us there was sludge in the engine we have been keeping up with oil changes ,is there a defect with the sonata's engin

I doubt you have sludge in your engine since oil has detergent in it to prevent this. I would stay away from this dealer.

Where is the oil filter cover 2007 3.3 ?

Under the top engine cover/cowling. Remove the 6 10mm nuts/bolts and you'll discover the oil filter canister (big black cap).

Key is stuck in ignition in 2007 hyundai sonata

The problem is in the tumbler(s) inside the assembly. Before you do anything, try penetrating oil to see if that works... otherwise, the entire assembly will need to be replaced.

hi from uk if you go to local motor supermarket (no need for dealership ) ask for air and oil filter or any thing else like fuel filter/brakes etc they will help with these parts and supply cheaper ?

Major oil leak after oil change

Your filter was installed either without the rubber seal, or the seal wasn't lubed before installation and it slipped, causing an improper seal. You will have to drain the oil again, remove the filter, and make sure it is reinstalled with a proper seal.
