Replace the blower motor resistor block they are very cheep this is your problem trust me on this they only sell these at the dealer though. The resistor is located behind the glove box on the HVAC housing. There are 2 T-20 torx screw that hold it in.

Jeep Liberty 2004 sport gas cap not sealing

You can get the silicone grease at automotive and hardware stores. Apply to rubber seal on cap about every 2 to 3 months. This will ensure a seal so that the engine light doesn't come on. Worked great on My 2008 Liberty.

Heater only works on 3 and 4 setting

Your heater motor speed selector only working on a couple levels is caused by a faulting blower motor resistor. This part is located on the evaporator case next to the blower motor itself. Two bolts remove the resistor and an electrical pigtail finishes it off.The location of this is underneath the dash on the pass front side.Happy Holidays!!

Fan motor for the heat and air only works on high

No this shouldn't be a big problem. It sounds like it is just the blower motor relay.

2004 jeep liberty heater fan works on 123 but not on high

What do you mean you "went through a car"??? Did you crash???
Generally one speed being "out" is caused by a burned out relay or resistor pack. Check those!!!
