1998 Buick Regal GS, Several problems are happening, on one side the blinker (blinks real fast and the front blinker bulb does not blink, but back does). Horn does not work. Sometimes the blinker (blinks normal and then the horn does works.) The head lights no longer work at all. Is there a head light timer switch? (Dealer say's there is no timer. But the head lights had delay time when you turn off the car). Sometimes the car will not start (does not crank) if you walk away for 1 hour or so then it normally will start. Could this all be one problem ? Larry
Start by checking the front wiring harness for corrosion , best is to do a continuity test on all the wires, look for corrosion in connecting harness, time consuming but the only way
