Sounds like you need a new heater core. That is the side the heater core is on and when it starts to leak the water runs down on to the mat. you can take the old one out from the out side there is a door you can pop the rivets off and replace with screws it will be under a layer of undercoat so it might be hard to see but the heater hose is connected in the middle take it along when you get a new one to be sure it matches. It would also be a good time to replace the heater hoses too as they will rot and you will have to cut off the ends of the hose to get a good fit
Sounds to me you need a heater core
SOURCE: Back floor wet on passenger side
check seals and the floor ruber cap it could be worn or missing
SOURCE: liquid leaking from dash on passenger side, wet
replace heater core
or seal windshield... if you have not had a recent windshield replacement then i suspect the heater core
