Either something jammed in track/lock-- or actuator rod broke or disconnected from lock --need to remove interior door panel to get to lock release and latch check all rods and clips for damage or missing repair or replace as necessary u can manually unlock the door at latch if something was jammed or stuck in latch

where the lock pin and lock catch are should be an actuator rod manually move the rod to release the catch this will unlock and open door--if it doesnt u may have a latch/catch problem-to test ur elect actuator disconnect the clip that holds the actuator rod in place and try locks if it moves ur problem will be a mechanical problem bent rod, latch malfunction,or lock pin-if elect actuator isnt working test connections and switches for power good luck

thanks alot done that all parts and piueces r together i cant even unlock the door from the inside of panel thinking it might be actuator itself or motor or mother board not sure how to test each part any advice would be great thanks
