Locked 2001 Camry, remote wont work, doors locked, no other key

Get underneath the engine and attach a battery charger positive to the positive lead on the starter and a clean bolt on the engine or bodywork. In 15 minutes, you will be able to open the door.

Alternatively there is the easy way, use the emergency door key that is hidden in the fob.

dead battery in remote or less common, you have a bad fuse.
I will lean toward the remote battery.
take the key ring off it and you will see a tiny notch on the side edge.....use a small screwdriver to pry it open.

When you press the trunk open button, do you hear any "release" noise come from the trunk area? The issue may be a bad battery in the key fob OR there could be an issue with the transmitter located inside the vehicle. put a new battery in remote,try key in other door," are you sure the car battery is not dead," !!!! If it is then remote wont work, if you are locked out of car call wrecker or lock smith and they can slim jim the door to get you inside. then unlock doors USING THE POWER LOCK button PROVIDING CAR BATTERY IS NOT DEAD!!!!

lock smith or someone authorized to use a slimjim[can do more damage if dont know how to use ]--or-- key fob wont work if vehicle battery dead if u can reach up under car at front and release hood latch then jump battery and then use key fob to unlock door

Remove emergency key blade from top of remote
Open door manually
It just clips out
It will show you in owners manual,but that is in the car it won,t help
Sound like flat battery, if so key won,t turn untill you charge it

slim jim or call tow truck or locksmith

The key won't turn in the door lock? Spray some graphite or lubricant into the lock cylinder and work it some. If you have been using the remote all these year and never the key its probably a little rusty.
