You need a "timing light" to set your timing.

see diagram below I really hope this is what you wanted if no go to auto zone site and log into libiary

So where all 3 Alternators returned & tested?

Do you have wiring diagrams out ready to go
& a volt meter to start your testing?

As far as removing the Radiator - It is not necessary. It is a tight squeeze. You should also go at it from under the vehicle.

you are taking a big risk by doing it yourself. not saying you aren't capable. It is classified as a interference motor so if you get the belt off by one one mark you are taking a big chance and bending a valve or busting a piston.
