Will the car run? If not, you probably have a vapor lock; that being the case you'll have to bleed the fuel injection to get all the air out of the line.

Fuel pump works, new filter, gas is coming out past filter but not getting to the Compression tester. I changed the vacum valve on the gas rail. What next?

The presence of fuel isn't enough.

Fuel must be delivered in sufficient quantity at a sufficient pressure and this can only be checked with a fuel pressure test and a volume delivery test.

My car wont start battery is ok got feul and a spark, its cranking over but dosent seem to be getting fuel

Could be a million things still. Your fuel pump is dead, theres a clog in the lines, fuel filter is done for. On some fords, there is a kill switch located somewhere for the fuel pump. If you're not smelling gas (flooded cylinder), I'd look at the fuel pump fuse or that kill switch, if those are fine maybe replace the fuel pump.

1988 Mazda B2200 starts well, but as it warms up, the gas flow stops. I changed the fuel pump and the problem still persists. Always starts.

I would trying to either checked fuel filter or if that dosent work chang the fuel pressure regulator.

2000 Sonoma hesitation at between 1500 and 2000 RPM

You may have got a slug of water in the gas, try some additive and see if it will clear up. If it dosent best do a fuel pressure test, i don't know why but pumps have been known to go out just after a fill up.

Car starts fine...but dosent run

ok... first question... the Tach(rpm guage) does change when you rev your engine in either P or neutral? Also.. is your check engine light on? any odd smells(burnt eggs) if your check engine light is on.. it's most likely a fualty sensor.. based on educated guess idle air control valve .. ot maybe posibly a faulty throttle position sensor.. if you have a foul smell.. similar to eggs or just nasty... could be a catalytic converter went bad... reply and lemme know if i help.. or raise new questions :D
