this problem is caused by a tiny micro switch that is attached to the door latch inside the doors, the stick and give this false warning, have replaced dozens of them, it is called the "door ajar" switch oddly enough :)
What I did was take a can of WD-40 with the straw on the nozzel and sprayed a large amount up into the latch mechanism. Do this to ALL the doors, hood, back door too. Open and close each of them many times to get the WD-40 all around the latch. The latch gets dust, dirt, old grease in it and needs to be lubed.
Lube your door latches. One of the door ajar switches are sticking . Use wd40 or some othe spray lube . Spray into the latch and open and close doors several time.
it sounds like the voltage regulator is faulty.........it is integrated into your altenator so you will want to have your charging system checked hope this helps!
