Rough idle after oil change and flush cooling

Driving around for a couple days- is one thing

Not caring at all & driving for weeks with a check light
on,hope for the best & no damage or at least something
you can afford

Low oil level by a few quarts,really,how's that possible?

Oil on the mass air flow sensor ,from your air filter > Don't blame this site because you don't know what scan data . With your FRIENDS Snap On scanner ?

First dealer was NOT doing you any justice. Next oil change run a can of GUNK engine flush let idle 5-10 mins then change Oil & Filter and use a good oil like Castrol or Valvoline 10w-30. You won't have "supposed" sludge build up.

valve seals are going. when car sits excess oil gets past the valve seals then when you staRT up it burns the oil off then runs fine and no more blue smoke. It is fine to run like that had the same in a dodge caravan 1996 6cyl. ran another 100 000 km. and still ran fine got rid of it for other reasons.

I would have the catalytic converter checked, that is exactly what it sounds like

Could be the Idle Control Valve?

More maintenance history needed. Oil changed regularly, timing belt replaced at 60 K miles, Engine air filter & intake air hose inspection?
Causes of the problem you describe are many. Recommend you have a technician check your throttle position sensor for any bad spots in the potentiometer... most likely cause when there is NO Check Engine light.
