I'm pretty sure that there is no electronic devices around the cabin filter. The only thing that might be making that noise is the little door that keeps the filter in place. Make sure its closed in properly
Have a look at the fuse first The fuse must be in the main fuse box. The position and function of the fuses is normally marked on the inside of the fuse box cover and also in the owner's handbook. If you don't come right with these, work your way through the fuses looking for a blown one. To ease your search the lighter fuse it should be around 30 amps.
If the fuse checks out ok, the lighter itself could be faulty - carry out a continuity test across the heating coil.
most of your new cars and trucks to reset the oil life is... turn your key to the on postion but do not start it. just make all the lights on your dash come on. then press your gas pedal 3 to 4 times then like my truck it will say oil life reset and your done.
Go to the dealer and ask to see the screen for the seat parts. This will display any hidden fasteners. Also look at your seat trim pieces to see if there are screw or clip openings or built in push pins. This will determine how they release from the 2008 seat which is very similar to the 2007.

If you depress the center button with a BIC pen tip and then lift at the side they will pop up. They are a plastic spring load so be gentle. Underneath you will find the intake housing and filter. Cabin air filter should be behind the glove box area I believe . FYI , Lexus has a patented high volume oil filter. If you change your own , stcik with genuine for longer life, unless you are certain the aftermarket matches
Intended as a powerful sport/luxury sedan the $60,000 GS450h doesn't live up to its sport" or "luxury" billing. And its 340-hp hybrid powertrain is designed to optimize performance rather than fuel economy; its 23 overall mpg is only 1 mpg better than the equally quick BMW 535i". Oh, by the by, the 535i is NOT a hybrid. Which trunk would you rather have?
