Where is the starter on a 93 olds ninety-eight?

Raise it up,crawl under & remove the starter bolts

needs a fuel system flush

Often times the black wire is the body ground. Don't know where the junction is.

THE CLICKING IS CAUSED BY LOW VOLTAGE. CHECK BATTERY, & CABLES AND ALL CONNECTIONS EVEN AT THE STARTER

Press and release the "TEST" button on the Driver Information Center. This will illuminate "CHANGE OIL NOW" if it is not already illuminated. Press and release the "OIL" or "OIL INDEX" button. Next, press the "RESET" button and hold for at least 7 seconds.

The starter is near the bottom rear of the engine. Just follow the large (red) cable from the battery.

Front seating area, driver side, driver side of steering column, behind upper dash panel, mounted above fuse block

Haynes manual at the parts store. Disconnect the Postive side of the battery before working on the starter.

remove serp. belt put jack under engine use a piece of wood and lift engine a little and remove motor mount remove water pump clean surface and install water pump and reassemble

Is the batter cable grounded properly?
