Stalls when excellerating

Check engine light on ?
Could be one of the sensors such as the mass air flow or tps.

I would look at the cold start injector first and work from there.

Sounds like a big vacume or intake leak. 1st check your intake tube make sure it has no splits also look under the tube with a mirror. Check clamps. Another possible is fuel flow & pressure. There is a couple of places to start.

I'm not a mechanic and I know this is an old post but I have the same car and in my research trying to figure out what's wrong with mine I have found in several posts that the MAF Sensor is bad because if it is bad the cars computer will NOT let it go past 2000 rpm's. When I saw that number in your post I KNEW that was the answer.

There might be a vacuum leak, check leaks on the inlet manifold and other areas after the MAS.

its your idle air control valve. controls emissions and controls stalling, hesitation

Disconnect mass air flow sensor. SHould run constant if the MAF sensor is the problem.

sounds like solenoid on starter is worn, replace starter.
