My serpentine belt fell off and it's a pain to reach down there and get it back on, plus theres no routing decal under the hood and i lost the vehicle manual. any tips ?

check under hood for a decal located somewhere. it may still be there. it will show how the belt is routed. if its gone you can go to an auto parts store and ask if they will have a belt routing diagram,, since your going to have to buy a belt anyways.
you don`t say what year this is. most cars as far back as late 90`s still have the decal under the hood somewhere that shows the belt routing. the auto parts store may show a belt routing for your car as well.
if your asking about the belt routing there is a decal under the hood somewhere that shows the routing. there is belt tensioner that will have to be moved to take the tension off the belt with a tool. the tensioner location will be indicated on the decal.
Generally there should be a decal affixed to your car under the hood. It will show a scketch of the belt routing. It is a standard equipt decal installed when the car was built. It maybe on the inner hood or somewhere sticking to the inner skirt or radiator cover in the engines compartment
