Range Rover p38 we have just fitted a new battery and now the heater wont come on or light up, nor does the cigarette lighter or the stereo

Check the fuse first ,look up cigarette lighter fuses first i bet that is blown ,cos that fuse is part of cigertte lighter and ur stereo aas well also check ur heater fuses as well

Hi My 2001 P38 is blowing cold air from the heater??? I only bought this beast last week and already have this problem :( Such a lovely motor!!

My P38 Range Rover wont start

Hi Adam,

Bring your vehicle to an auto parts or battery store. Ask if they could perform a 'Load Check' on your battery. This not only checks the voltage, but also the amps, as if it were under the load of turning your engine.

It takes a few seconds and the results are pass or fail. Fail means it's time for a new battery. Pass means we need to look elsewhere.
