My 2005 Hyundai Sante Fe has no heat. The fan wasnot blowing so I replaced the fuse,but that didn't help and the fan is still not blowing and obviously heater still not working.

You need to recharge your a/c, and check its fuses. It's not blowing cold air at all, even when you are driving, because when you are driving it is blowing in the cooler moving air from outside your vehicle.
