I have a 2004 Honda Accord V6. It goes into all gears, but does not move. I have fault codes p0722 and p0741. Which of these could be my problem and can amateur fix it?

Has the transmission control module been scanned for fault codes? This is an electronically controlled transmission. Do you have any flashing lights or a check engine light on by chance?

Code P0741

That code signals a torque converter/ cluth system malfunction it is a sensor inside the transmission I think honda have had issues with these but you wont get warranty on a car that old there is a possibility you will be up for a transmission, best thing to do is go talk to your local honda dealer sooner rather than later before any more damage is done...

IT sounds like your reverse gear is going out, or that you need to have filter replaced my best advise is have your transmission checked out by a transmission shop as soon as possible.
