At the back of the headlight there are screws that adjust up and down and left to right, look carefully as it will be written on the headlight, you will see it stamped into the top of the housing just follow the indicators on the light to adjust it down, and park in front of a wall on a flat surface if possible at night or dusk to see how much youve changed the height, its not difficult to do just look carefully

Adjusting headlights made easy

Adjusting the headlights are different for many cars but all have a common system to follow .
First, open the hood. There are mounting screws and adjustment screws above, below and to the side of the headlight. Park your vehicle 25 feet from a wall, and place a piece of tape horizontally 4 feet high across the wall in front of your vehicle. Turn on the low beams. Adjust the headlights until they shine on the tape.

Mazda Astina 1991

Find level ground with a wall. Drive up to the wall and mark where the centre of your headlights are on the wall with a piece of tape. Back up 20 feet and turn your headlights on high beam. Using the adjusting knobs make each light shine directly on the spot. Low beam adjusts itself down and to the left/right (away from oncoming traffic depending on what side of the road you drive on)

1996 mazda 626 / headlight won't turn on without dimmer switch on high. any solutions?

So what you are saying is you only have high beam lights ?
The problem could be the dimmer switch or the headlight switch, or a relay.
Have you checked for power at the dimmer switch and the relay ?

Lights are too high. The low beams seem to blind oncoming traffic, and the high beams shine too high also.

if you have put bigger tires on the vehicle or lifted it you need to adjust the headlights they sell the tool at any auto parts stores its a small rachet tool you turn to lower the head lights

Headlight stop working but high beams work only when you flash them 95 mazda 626?

It could be the lamps are burned out. The high and low modes function on two separate filaments, so the high will still work even when the low is burned out.

Headlights need adjusting

The headlights will have small rods or adjusting screws located near the headlight mounting points. Will probably need a torx socket or screwdriver to adjust. Torx is a 6 point type screw.
