I had to do this alot for students at the school. If u have a metal coat hanger bent it so its long and go to the top right corner of the door and pray it open and use a rap or somthing so u dont scratch it most of the time u can get enough room to fish the hanger though and press the unlock button. it the hanger is to weak to do it use a steel break line for a car and bent it so u can get it in. thats the way iv always done it hope i helped

Why is my key just turning around in my drivers door on my vivaro van, and its locked , so cant get in.

It's possible that the locking mechanism in your Vivaro van's driver's door has become jammed or broken, causing your key to turn without unlocking the door. Here are a few things you can try to get your door unlocked:
  1. Try another key: If you have a spare key, try using it to unlock the door. If the spare key also doesn't work, then it's likely a problem with the locking mechanism.
  2. Spray lubricant into the lock: Sometimes, the locking mechanism can become jammed due to dirt or debris. Try spraying a lubricant such as WD-40 or graphite powder into the lock and then gently turning the key to see if this helps.
  3. Use a lock de-icer: If the weather is cold, the lock may be frozen. Try using a lock de-icer to thaw the lock before attempting to turn the key.
  4. Call a locksmith: If none of the above methods work, it's best to call a locksmith or a professional mechanic to help you gain access to your van.
In any case, it's important to get the issue fixed as soon as possible to avoid being locked out of your van again in the future.

Lost keys to 2000 Honda van How can I break into door lock

You can't because of the alarm and immobiliser. Go to the dealership with your registration document and order a spares key or three!

If I buy a new central locking key for my sprinter can I programme it myself ?

Def not,

Take it to a key cutter with appropriate software to mate it to your spare key

As a second note keep your key bunch light on 2008 sprinter or you'll break the esr ring

Electronic sensor ring - big bucks to fix and lots of downtime. This happened to me.

Esr ring if it goes will leave electronic solenoid in steering lock engaged and once you've had the sprinter put on the back of a truck and taken to main dealer they replace key box and then everything has to be re- paired with ecu

Big big bucks.

But a great van :-)

2003 Transit van bonnet release key barrel broken !

you have to break through what is left of the lock and use a long flat blade screwdriver, manually turn the interior latch. The lock actually has a long rod that reaches back to the latch so you need to get all of that stuff out and then use your screwdriver instead. We do a few of these on ocus's and so on, usually when the lock barrel packs up...
Most garages will have a tech who knows how to do it....

Nissan quest dead battery - keys locked in van - get hood open

you need too get some sort of hook on the end of a handle, something smaller but still strong enough to pull against with out bending or breaking. then standing at the front of the van using a flashlight look through the grill until you find the hood latch, then locate the black cable running into the side of the latch hook on to it and pull as hard as you can while simultaneously bouncing pressure on the font center area of the hood with your other hand until you hear/feel the hood latch release or "pop"!

I lost key to my 1999 escort van now need how to start it

You will be forced to break your steering lock assembly to take out the plunger from the steering column. This is often done with a heavy screwdriver inserted into the lock mechanism and then turned violently, often with the aid of a pair of Mole grips.

Escort 55 van rear door lock wont unlock with key

I assume you are referring to the tailgate door, so what likely happened is that either the door lock has something in it like a broken key, or dirt, or rust, etc. or perhaps the mechanism has failed.
Understand these parts are made as cheaply as possible, and are easy to break.
You may need to remove the riveted cover to look inside, and you may find a plastic clip broken, or the lock mechanism spoiled, or something else.
You do not need to re-rivet the cover, unless you have a pop-rivet tool.
You can also find some small screws that will reattach the cover. God bless your efforts.

Ford Transit Van 2003

Check the wiring harness at the back doors. What was happening with these was, the wiring is inside an armoured sleeve, and should slide in and out of the door, as the door is opened and closed. After a while, the wiring becomes kinked, and no longer slides, but bends in half, breaking the wires inside the sleeve over a period of time.
