If both have gone off together the first thing you check is the fuse. It is in the fuse box under the hood. I think on your model the fuse box is on the opposite side to the battery. Check fuse number 25. It is a 30A fuse.
**Note** ALWAYS replace fuses with the SAME Amp rating, never higher or lower.

There isn't one. A relay is an electronic switch that uses a small amount of power to slam open and shut contacts which are carrying a much larger amperage load. This prevents switches from burning up. There is virtually no Amps used in the gauges.
Mike, Ford F150 relay for electric windows, position 401 in fuse box, some forums say Relay in position R02 may be tied in with pwr win., maybe check fuse 22 position also, actually for all the time it takes probe all the fuses with test light or DVOM, as Ford may have PWR window delay or something like that tied into another circuit. You may have a broken wire/ ground ,etc in the harness that runs through the door and pillar.
I had the same problem with my power windows and it turned out to be the switch. replace the fuse with a new one because some times they look good but they are not. You can swap one with another from your fuse box and check both the fuse and the switch in one step.if the mirrors work fuse, if what you plug the mirror fuse into works,then check the switch.
Did you check the fuse for the PDL ? This is engine compartment Fuse #8. If this is with Either button or the RKE ( if installed ), remove the door panel, and check the lock actuator. Enter your make & MY, on the product page is a URL to the mirror install directions in PDF, obviously only follow the directions to the point of removing the door panel.,
Once you have the door panel off, apply DC power to the lock, one direction is lock, reverse polarity is unlock.
