My car wont start. when i try to turn it on an exclamtion mark on

Exclamation mark in the yellow sign according to my knowledge is an air bag off sign, but I cant understand where the high pitch sound is coming from?

I have had that light a couple times turns out I had a nail in my tire the first time; second time was just low air in the tire. Check them all and fill accirding to the PSI on the tire which is usually between 32-38.

When this comes on as it has it means: When the center differential is locked, VSC control turns off and the VSC OFF indicator illuminates. This is straight from the Lexus diagnostic chart.

The system is faulted in some way so you will need to have the fault memory read out, and then depending on what fault code or codes are stored will determine the type of diagnosis that will need to be performed.

A dealer would be your best bet to get the cause determined. Their scan tool, when hooked up to you vehicle will give them all of the information they need to rectify your condition. After the scan results are found, replacement parts or adjustments can be performed.

If the picture below is the light you are talking about. The reason it is on is right there for you. Why your vehicle would feel like it's still moving doesn't seem to have anything to do with a low tire unless it's so low that it is like jelly and then the vehicle would feel like it's moving. You may have 2 seperate things going on. There is one light right in the middle of the speedo which has an exclamation mark as well but that has a circle all the way around it and the word brake should be right above it. This all should be in your owners manual if you have one. I believe that is the check transaxle light. Illuminates when a transaxle problem has been detected and shifting may be restricted. If this lamp remains on, have your vehicle serviced immediately. Does the car start? Turn over?

i its the same light as the handbrake light check the brake luid level
