I left interior lights on...battery died..jumped it but cd player not working since..was told it was Theft Lock that needed to be reset..is this same as radio reset?

check if any interior lights left on ,the trunk is the usual one that gets forgotten, have battery tested for charge holding and that the alternator is charging correct voltage the alarm and door locking are a symptom not the problem which is in the charging/battery

The radio is likely in theft lookout due to loss of battery power. theft lockout.

That's a lot of things out! I think you need to check to see if there is a large fuse blown (Maxifuse) in the underhood panel,or maybe you accidentally unplugged something by accident while charging the battery.

Sounds very much like two possibles a short in the fuse box to the non working parts or your battery went dead and was recharged and you did not reset these items. As what U mention all sound like the equipment that needs to be reset when you change a battery or it goes dead.

put the key in the door and unlock/holdover for 30 secs,then lock/hold over for 30 secs.then press/hold down the unlock button on the remote,you have juast reset the system........

it is in theft lock out, if u are the original owner the info to get it out of lock out was given u with the owners materials in the packet. If u are not the orig owner u will need to contact Ford to unlock the player

you must have connected the battery opposite while jump starting and then reversed the polarity the correct way! now please have your immobiliser system checked and changed! and the number three junction block( with the door lock intergrated module)

Do you have a keyless entry? You could try to enter your vehicle using the keypad on the drivers side door, This should turn off the anti-theft security.
