don't drive it, unsafe dude. get your entire frontend checked out, probably needs a front end alignment, new tires, front, could need a new idler arm, tie-rod ends, this vehicle is dangerous, donot drive until repaired , your life and others lives are more important than this dam car, GET IT FIXED NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A loose pad could do it. Check the pad anti-rattle clips again. The pads should be snug in the calipers. Its possible the new pads are not the exact same shape as the old ones.
A vague feeling from the front isn't good news and might be anything even something at the rear so check everything - if it is possible for it to wear it should have a good shake or be tested with a prybar.

you may have a bit of corrosion on the wheel making it stick to the hub. put the lug nuts back on but leave them 2 turns loose. then lower the car to the ground. turn the wheel left and right to help break it loose. Raise car back up and remove the lug nuts.
try running premium gas if you don't already and also as it gets colder you will lose a little bit of each with all of the draws on the electrical system and the road conditions and the fuel blends,the more the fuel is blended the more Octane you lose out on resulting in fewer MPG's and power
