2006 RX330 front end is shaking while im driving

Check the front:
  1. lugnuts to make sure they are tight.
  2. wheels to make sure they are balanced and running true (concentrically) (like for example at a tire automotive shop)
  3. drive axles to make sure they are not bent or missing any components.
  4. shock absorbing struts for proper dampening of minor road bumps.
  5. for loose static subassemblies that impart momentum (inertia) to the rest of the frontend assembly by rattleling around while in motion
  6. check to see if they are coming from the roadway or the car by choosing the a very smooth and straigth, well asphalted section of road.

I have a 2000 chevy malibu. I recently replaced the front brake pads. After this when driving down the road when i hit bumps something in the frontend rattles, i can hear and feel it.. when i hit or ride...

A loose pad could do it.
Check the pad anti-rattle clips again. The pads should be snug in the calipers. Its possible the new pads are not the exact same shape as the old ones.

Loose front end

A vague feeling from the front isn't good news and might be anything even something at the rear so check everything - if it is possible for it to wear it should have a good shake or be tested with a prybar.

I am wondering if the wheel alignment has been checked since the front overhaul...

One common but frequently overlooked thing that causes a car to be unhappy on the road is tyre mismatch - this usually manifests as a vague feeling with the car seeming to choose it's own line depending on the road surface and hopping around a little especially when driving along white road markings or the seams of road repairs.

you may have a bit of corrosion on the wheel making it stick to the hub. put the lug nuts back on but leave them 2 turns loose. then lower the car to the ground. turn the wheel left and right to help break it loose. Raise car back up and remove the lug nuts.

I have a 2009 f 150 fisrt started loosing power and fuel mileage shows no codes

try running premium gas if you don't already and also as it gets colder you will lose a little bit of each with all of the draws on the electrical system and the road conditions and the fuel blends, the more the fuel is blended the more Octane you lose out on resulting in fewer MPG's and power
